About 423 hectares of pasture and forest, from the shore to the mountain
Hacienda Berlín II has been the Hoyos family’s land since 1947. It sits in Calima El Darién, in Colombia’s Valle del Cauca, on the north shore of Lake Calima, and climbs the Western Cordillera from about 1,400 to about 2,000 meters.
Víctor Hoyos Torres put the land together between 1943 and 1948. In 1966 the water came and the lake was born: the estate was already here. In 1975 the hacienda was split in three among the siblings, and this one, the middle share, is the part still in the family.
Today the family is preparing a project in five phases. The first is a campground by the water, set to open in early 2028. This site tells the story and the plan. We are not selling anything.

Opens early 2028
4,000 m² by the lake, with 10 to 15 tent platforms. The land is already fenced and cleared.

Today the law does not allow homes on this land. If it ever does, the plan includes country houses on the gentlest slope.
